My mother in law has been a patient here the last few months after relocating to Sebring. The front office there does not answer the phone or return calls. She has been out of daily prescription medication for over 2 weeks and they are incompetent of providing refills. The insurance company has called several times for authorization and cannot seem to get a response either. She also waited for a month for a referral to an orthopedic surgeon, and did not get that until after her next scheduled appointment . Do not take your loved ones here unless you want them waiting for returned calls and medication refills for weeks. Simply ridiculous!

The dentist was very rude to me on two occasions. As well as the dentist and hygienist could not cooperate together during my procedure. My teeth suffered as a result of lack of care.

This Dr. Is a total idiot. No suprise that he works for Central Florida Health Care. His bedside manner is rediculously bad and he has no clue on the proper way to treat a patient. Unless you want to get shoddy care don’t go see this guy. Central Florida Health Care is a crap operation to begin with but this guy takes the cake. BEWARE

Long wait time, rude customer service, did not feel comfortable in the doctors presence. Never again, if rather do to the hospital, but that just my opinion. The doctor doesn't listen and does not take his time with the patients.
