I would give 0 stars if I could I’ve been turned away twice after trying to make an appointment for my anxiety. I was told to go to the E.R after leaving the office a few days before for stress and was prescribed sleeping medicine. I was turned away also for a infection in my mouth I was told to see a dentist. Was diagnosed with a goiter after a 75.00$ charge for a ultrasound and no call back on the results. I called to find out the results of the ultrasound it showed that I was perfectly fine my thyroid was normal.This is out of the Avon Park office. A pulse oxi meter was dropped off at my home. I was told that I may have breathing problems while I’m sleeping. It has been sitting here at my home for 3 weeks. Dr.Kuhrana has failed to send someone to pick it up for the results. When speaking to a receptionist I was told to the call the company and have them pick it up. I’m outraged and highly dissatisfied with their services and professionalism. I’ve never endured or have been treated this way by a medical professional in my life. I feel like there’s no compassion whatsoever. I had to call for the results of a very important test but was emailed a survey to take for this office Horrible Service I would not recommend them to anyone.
