you can never get someone on the phone as it is routed to polk county first then you can leave a message for someone in avon park that never calls you back, this is so aggravating and a waste of time. this dam place should be shut down and the building made into something better maybe even taken over by advent health. i went in there once with a open wound and they wasted all my time and waiting just to be sent to the hospital. after them telling me to come in and be seen by the doctor.

Not very organized at all. Doctor does not listen very well. He is difficult and bull-headed. Needs a x-ray technician onsite. Thinking of changing medical care provider. CFHC should never let Dr. Cosic go either, big mistake!

I've been in pain for almost 3 weeks now and was in the ER twice.. I go to follow up with the doctor and tried making an appointment for almost a week with the staff not one phone call back.. I go in as a walk in wait 4&1/2 hours for the doctor.. He talks to me for 2 minutes and actually tell me maybe the pain is real but there is nothing I can do about it and sends me on my way. Worst doctor's there some of the staff are just as bad especially the triage lady terrible service no empathy compassion! I do not recommend this place to anyone.

My wife never received a call back to respond if she had to reschedule her appointment with the doctors there. This place needs to fire all of them and hire new people to work three. Poor Communication

We went to the health department at the dentist to get the tooth check and women was rude to us and wanted $50 for today and then ask us if we can put 10 dollars on it and then didn't say anything over the phone to make appointment and they said if you in pain come in we did that and now i will go over there heads to get something done. The lady was not nice and telling us one thing then when i called and tell me other thing when we got there. Then Lady said the dentist might see you and might not see you it still want money $50. Being very racial to us and let the others in and being nice to others that was i. There.
