Absolutely amazing very happy had both my bottom and top surgery from Dr Whitehead and Dr Ramirez. Beautiful experience.

I was so impressed with the level of one-on-one care and expertise from Dr. Whitehead and his office staff. On the day of surgery, they dedicated the entire day and night to my care. I felt safe. The process was seemless from the initial consult. Dr. Whitehead is a highly trained surgeon and very loving.

They originally quoted me 8,300 with blue cross blue shield I was ready to pay however they told me they had to wait for hospital availability so they made me wait a few months . They contact me again saying that the insurance they accept won’t work with them and I have it in writing that the insurance would cover everything from the insurance company with a 35 percent co pay for being out of network. However their insurance person at restore medical Rizwan says I need to now pay 15,000 for surgery because the insurance company won’t work with them to be reimbursed. Rizwan tells me that insurance will pay for the hospital fee even though my insurance is all set to go . I email Rizwan asking for specifics over the price increase and after 10 days of no response I ask to talk to management to find out they don’t have one it’s co owned by several surgeons so they have me talk to one of them I talk politely to them they ignore me and tell me to find a different surgon

It was amazing , I had built a relationship over the phone , so I felt very comfortable when I arrived with everyone .. they were so kind and warm , welcoming , informative . I couldn’t have asked for a better team . Dr. Whitehead and Dr. Ramirez were truly a blessing in my life I am extremely happy with them and everything they have done for me . I would highly recommend them . I am the happiest I’ve ever been , I will be forever grateful. I can finally live my life to the fullest and am finally my best self..

Dr. John Whitehead is an caring and knowledgeable doctor. He had performed a re-circumcision for me and when we met for my consultation, he recommended a scrotal web reduction also. The anesthesiologist was Dr. Ramirez, and the surgery was performed the same day in his office at 1111 Kane Concourse, suite 311. The surgery took about two hours and I awoke with very little pain. I was well taken care of post-surgery. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Whitehead and am happy with the results!

I had talked to Dr. Whitehead on the phone and via email about doing a re-circumcision to tighten my original circumcision. He answered all much questions promptly by email and I sent him photos of how I wanted the circumcision to look. After the consultation at his office on 4111 Biscayne Rd. I decided to go ahead with the circumcision in his office. Anesthetic was done by Dr. Ramirez and it was decided that Dr. Whitehead would do both a circumcision and a scrotal web reduction. The entire operation went smoothly and I had very little pain post surgery. I was prescribed some Tylenol for pain and some antibiotics. The office nurse, Anne, was also very nice and made me feel relaxed. Post operation, I was given the cell numbers to keep in touch with both Dr. Whitehead and Dr. Ramirez in case of emergency. So far, I am healing up nicely and am very happy with the results of the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Whitehead for his experience and professionalism.
