List of Alicia Saunders's Reviews
I have been a patient for 25 + yrs - don't want to see anyone else
half the time I could not understand what Dr. Saunders was saying.I heard another patient telling the nurse Dr. Saunders gets to speaking fast and she had a hard time understanding her.It sounded like gibberish to me.The receptionist lied to me about insurance papers, not a misunderstanding she Lied.
I picked this doctor as my primary care a year ago. It has been the worst experience I've ever had in the medical profession. I can't really rate the doctor because I never spent enough time with her. Every time I called and asked to speak to the Dr. Saunders a return call was never received. I asked for my test results and was told I needed to come to the office to pick them up. They don't fax prescriptions to mail in pharmacys. The office procedures are bordering on Medicare fraud. They want you to come into the office and see the doctor for any little request you may have, like getting a referral to a specialist for previously documented problems. I would like to believe the office staff is the root of the problem. They have lied to me on several occasions concerning Medicare and insurance carriers procedures. I would hope the doctor isn't behind these irresponsible, aggravating and care threatening policies.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
