It's rare to find a Doctor like Dr. Wittels; from the day I walked into his practice he has been nothing short of kindhearted, attentive and understanding. He is a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. To add to that he is a Brilliant surgeon who's work is seamless. You can tell he also cares a lot about his staff-some have been working with him for 35+ years. Don't listen to these one-star venters as these are people who need to feel validated by receiving attention and sympathy and likely to discount advice and proposed solutions to their problems, especially from that of a brilliant doctor- they simply want validation and clearly aren’t looking to solve their problems. Dr. Wittels is unparalleled and I am eternally grateful he treated me as should anyone who is fortunate to have him. Doctor's like him come once in a lifetime.

The doctors really care about you. I have had 2 surgeries and Doc Anderson has been so kind and understanding. I was a nervous wreck and he has a calming effect. The second surgery I had the honor of being operated by all three surgeons including Dr. Wittels and Dr Anderson. I cannot ask gor more. GREAT people!!!!! With a heart.

This has got to be some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a Doctor’s office, especially as a new patient. Firstly, the guy in underwriting who took my call & information was totally rude and unprofessional from the start. He then proceeded to lie about my primary caregiver’s office reaching out to them with my information in attempts to set up my appointment. As I tried asking him basic questions he proceeded to reply in a very dry, condescending and apathetic manner and then got a total attitude when I asked him if this is the way they treat their new clients. Needless to say, I’m going to explore other options. My guess is that this surgeon has no clue what unprofessional staff he employs.

Over 30 years of experience!!! There is no better orthopedic group! Very knowledgeable and great outcomes for his patients. He did an amazing job with my mom’s foot.

Dr. Wittles is the best Orthopedic Surgeon. Thanks to him by fractured ankle is back to good conditions. He cares about his patients.

This is by far the worst experience of my entire life. Multiple times hung up on. Re-routed. Insurance orders not sent for MRI. MRI results not sent. I went in with pain and left with pain plus aggravation. I told Dr. Kirollos Gendi everything that was going on in our first appointment. He then proceeded to tell me he couldn’t help me on the second appointment because he doesn’t do certain things which he failed to tell me our first appointment. Stay away. Stay far away. Actually, run in the opposite direction. Unreal, horrible customer service. There is a reason why this office has bad reviews.

Dr Wittels, took his time with me, LISTENED to me and he came up with a game plan for rehab before another Dr. that had jumped right into "need to operate". His office can be a bit full at times yet he is worth the wait, show up on time, emergency's do happen and he needs to take them.
