Dr. Baul has been my primary care doctor with the V.A. for years and I am lucky to have him. He is knowledgeable, gets back to me promptly when I have questions and genuinely cares about long term health. He is a wealth of information and always weighs the pros and cons of medical advice with me and takes time to explain all procedures in detail so there is no anxiety of what to expect.

Dr. Baul is compassionate, dedicated and very good doctor. He takes the time to listen to your issues and concerns. Does not hesitate to order diagnosic tests and refer to specialists when necessary. Feel very fortunate that he has been my primary care doctor for over 12 years since I began my care with the VA.

Being an Army veterna, I have seen Dr Baul at Bay Pine VA for 5 years as my primary care physician. He has helped me through Hep C, 2 hip replacements, and AFib. Always professional and personable. Can't ask for more.

Dr Earnest Baul refused to treat several painful chronic conditions, instructing me to take Naproxin and return in six months.He made me beg for treatment several times before he sent me to someone else.He is what is very wrong with the VA, paid a salary reguardless whether he treats or dismisses patients. Dr Baul showed no concern or compassion towards me. Avoid this egocentric megalomaniac.

Dr Baul does everything he can to avoid treating. He made me beg for treatments,just to be sent by him elsewhere. He was rude and uncompassionate towards me,prescribing Naproxin and telling me to come back in 6 months.Dr Baul is what is wrong with the VA.
