Max Francois's Online Review Report Card

Dr.Francois is the treating physician for my 82 year old mother. When discussing her case with him as she was recently hospitalized. I reached out to him to follow up on his request for me to fax over my mother's results. I informed him that I faxed the document he became insulting by cutting me off and began yelling In my ear the fax machine was broken and for me to fax it next week. I understand things happen, so why didn't someone from his office reach out to my family about the fax machine? My family had asked would he like to see my mother after her discharge from the ER; his response was I am on vacation. Is this how you treat a patient who has been under your care for over 10 years. My sister also had a unpleasant experience over the phone with him.

Dr. Gluck is very rude. My dad has been a long time patient and his bedside manner is disgusting. He talks to people in a very condescending disrespectful manner and unfortunately, I will have to find a new primary doctor.

Dr Francois has been my primary dr for about 2years or more.....I have no complaints. He's thorough and professional. Although it's difficult to make an appointment with him or the wait is long (and I hate waiting 2 long) I don't mind cuz I'm treated as priority which is truly reassuring

Dr. Francois has been my doctor for more than 15 years. I followed him to his own practice, which allow patients to have a great relationship without the city being involved. Dr. Francois is the kind of doctor who checks on his patience when hospitalized. His journey to insure that patients needs are met without any errors. Dr. Max Francois is the Best Haitian Doctor to have as, well as a great friend.

Dr Francois was patient with me during my visit. He listened intently to my concerns and was very knowledgeable. As a new patient you are always concerned about first visits and It went very well. He is motivating me to make healthier food selections and to excercise to help manage some of my concerns. I have had a few followup appointments and have had good experience.

Dr. Francois is one of the most patient and caring doctors I have ever met. Before meeting Dr. Francois I thought doctors didn't care anymore nor did they have time to truly find out what was going on with someone if it wasn't apparent. He took the time and then some and he gave 100% in finding out what my health problem was; he did the same for my mom and dad. He took the time to help my father in his last days and he told my mom the truth about her health care choices. All I can say I thank u.

I have been working with Dr. Francois through a mutual patient. His staff always hangs up on me, he is EXTREMELY rude, and this is coming at a very very severe cost to the patient's health. She is not able to use any of his referrals because they are illegible, and when I call to clarify what the referrals say, I am told he did not make any referrals. I have truly never worked with a worse doctor. Stay very very far away from him.

The receptionist would not give me an appointment as a new patient because the dr's name is not on my insurance card. I was assigned this doctor by my insurance I didn't pick him. I only call the doctor when I am sick, like most people, so it is an outrage that a sick person can't get a dr's appointment with their assigned doctor until they get a new insurance card!! she asked if it's an emergency, and my response is "no otherwise I would be at the emergency room, however I think I need medicine." Do not give this doctor business!
