Wasn't interested in helping. Functioned like a gatekeeper to deny me necessary tests and other services. Burned out, obese, not friendly.

He was abrupt, non-caring, judgmental and the worst provider I have ever received care from. I waited 3 1/2 hours to see him and he spent less than two minutes in the room. He did not examine me fully; I am interested to see what his documentation was concerning the exam. He quoted about the fact that I did not merit an xray and I believe his statement was incorrect, causing me to question his clinical acumen. It is a shame that veterans, the ones we should cherish, are treated this way.

Have an allergic problem to methadone, causing imbalance and falling down, severly bruising knees, head, taking 20 mg of diazapam, and methadone, asked to be taken off methadone, dr said he would reccommend a primary care physician in a few weeks, did not want to do anything, rude, impatient, advising me to have reccommended knee treatment, where west palm beach confused me with another patient, tried to make me have surgery replacing new material between knee joint, I read the PDY, problematic study, several reasons for refusing treatment, left west palm beach because dr gave me morphine, which I cannot tolerate, then methadone, can't sleep, tinnitus, loud ringing, confusion, going back to VA to ER today, if no help will leave state, go some place else
