Prescribed wrong medication; also sent prescription to pharmacy that had not been taken for at least 10 years; prescribed wrong medication AGAIN - even having been called to correct their records by the patient; pharmacist brought to the attention of both the patient, and the doctor's office that the two prescriptions that she had prescribed to be taken SHOULD NOT be taken in combination with each other.

Nice doctor but the office is the most inefficient place you will ever find. 72 hours for a prescription, 48 hours for a call back...if ever, most of the time no call back at all. Referrals lost, not turned in to insurance companies, misdated, not forwarded to patient or forwarding doctors office. Poor, poor, poor.
