Incompetent doesn’t even fully describe this man. He literally falsified my medical records. When I confronted him he admitted to it but attempted to justify it. Records were never fixed. He needs to be removed from VA facilities. He needs to lose his license.

He literally falsified my medical records to downplay an issue I’ve been struggling with for years. When I confronted him about it he admitted to doing it and stated that he was just calculating what seemed more realistic. How is his opinion more realistic than the objective results of a blood pressure machine? 160/99 written down as 130/80. This isn’t even just being incompetent, this is straight up fraud. This occurred at the VA clinic in zephyrhills. He was my very first interaction with a VA doctor and has completely tainted my ability to trust the VA. He didn’t even correct my records after admitting they were wrong.

The very best Primary Care Physician I have ever had at the VA! He knows his patients and is extremely diligent in getting me the specialty care that I need. He actually cares!
