Dr. is very good but office staff is terrible. They gave me wrong lab scripts for another patient with same first name and same birthdate. They rarely return calls or in a timely manner or patient portal request. In the past two years I have had to call multiple times to correct prescription errors after the pharmacy could not get a response from the office. During a recent MRI exam the sent wrong lab work. I had to pay MRI facility to perform test to save time. Again, the doctor is very competent but her staff very disorganized. The practice cannot even submit labs electronically, you have to hand carry lab script for blood work.I DO NOT RECOMEND. Looking for new provider.
they need to change the staff that answers the phones I just called to ask for information because my daughter needs to see an endocrinologist and the person who answered was very bad, she closed the call without saying anything, if they will accept the insurance, I would not take my daughter for the treatment they give people in a simple phone call.😡
I recently switched my Type 1 diabetes care to Dr Swietlik because my prior endo had been unable to obtain Medicare-approval for the amount of insulin-pump supplies I needed to continue controlling my diabetes. I had been with this prior doctor for 13 years and we'd been attempting to obtain Medicare-approval for increased frequency of site changes since July 2021. With Dr Swietlik's input, that Medicare-approval has been granted on the very first attempt. I've found Dr Swietlik to be knowledgeable and comprehensive in her analysis of her patient's needs and one who listens to her patient's concerns.
She is a great doctor She spent time with me, asked me lots of questions and she made me feel positive about my diabetes and that I can get it under control She motivated me and I can't wait for my 3 month followup, so I can have my A1c down and my weight It helps a patient when your doctor encourages you and you leave positive I highly recommend her
Would not recommend ... kept pushing Tapazole for Graves’ disease, a medication that has horrendous and potentially lethal side effects, gave me WRITTEN statement about those side effects so she could cover her own behind ... didn’t discuss other treatment options ... AVOID
Doctor is very rude and has no compassion. She berated me for needing to take anxiety medication. I had to wait almost 2 hours between the waiting room, another waiting area and the exam room.
I had to wait almost 2 hours to see the doctor with a scheduled appointment. She was rushed and only spent about 5 minutes with me. Dr. Sweitlik was very rude and yelled at me about an error her staff made. She did not apologize when I told her I followed the directions I was given. I was told my next visit needed to be with the nurse assistant since she was too busy. I kept requesting for my labs to be sent to Quest and twice I showed up and they were not sent. She and her assistant bad mouthed other doctors and the laboratory. Very unprofessional. I left the practice last month and asked for my records to be sent to the other doctor and she refused.
I couldn't say enough good things about my Dr . She has changed the quality of my life dramatically. I put my faith and trust in her a year ago and at 57 yrs old I feel so much better mind, body and soul. She has no shortages of time so, it's always that way with dedicated people. All the folks at the diabetic Care center are great.
She was very short and to the point. she's definitely a Time watcher and I felt rushed. she failed to run any tests to get a base score but felt it was necessary to prescribe medication that has severe side effects. The staff was very young and opinionated was not very happy when I left. she said my blood pressure was a little high which was not my Norm when she got the reading she failed asked me if I had any stimulants this morning and I didn't think you tell her that I had about a quart of black coffee which would cause my blood pressure to be up for about 3 hours her lack of communication and understanding was very dissatisfying. she may be a good doctor I don't know but I was not happy with a level of communication definitely watching the clock
She gave me more time to ask questions and give me sensible answers than any of the other providers I see.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
