If zero stars was an option... it would be zero. The rude staff for even making an appointment - Joanne, Victoria, Linda are so nasty and rude. They screwed up making an appointment 6 weeks ago for an appointment to be in 3 weeks. The appointment was cancelled at their fault and then they say the next appointment wont be for another 5 weeks. SO RUDE!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! How is it a doctor will only see one new patient a week on Thursday? He isn't that good.
He was not nice right from the moment he walked into the room. His nurse was not nice before he entered the room. I felt like I was in a police interrogation room. He made me very uncomfortable and so did his nurse.
I’ve been seeing Dr Terrone once a year for a company required physical and labs for the last 10 years every single year for 10 years his nurse Kristina takes my blood pressure and always says it’s a perfect 120/70. Last October I went in again for my normal physical and again they said my blood pressure was 120/70 a few weeks later I went to a chiropractor for a back issue I was having they took my blood pressure and then asked if I knew if I had high blood pressure they took it and it was 160/115. My wife happens to be a surgical nurse I went home that night and had her take my blood pressure she also recorded it as being very high she took it twice a day for the next week and it was very high every single time I then went back to the same chiropractor they took it and again stated it was high. I called Dr. Terrone‘s office to schedule an appointment and told them that my blood pressure was through the roof Christina his nurse called me that day and asked me to come in and check it after I told her what was going on she said Dr Terrone was not in the office I showed up she checked it and again said it was a perfect 120/70 I told her what was happening and that maybe their machine was broken even though they are taking it with a manual pump up cuff and a gauge that hangs on the wall she stated that it wasn’t possible that it was broken and that she did not understand. She scheduled an appointment for me to see Dr. Terrone the following week I went in and explained my situation Christine again took my blood pressure and said it was perfect I challenged this with Dr Terrone he scoffed and was very irritated saying there was no way that it was high. I then asked him to check it himself he checked it and again said it was perfect I asked him if it was possible that the gauge on his wall where the stuff he was using was broken or reading incorrectly he got irritated and said no he then took it without a cuff and in a different way and again said it was perfect I argued with him saying there was no way two chiropractors and my wife a medical professional could be wrong that many times he got very irritable and said it was a waste of time but that if I wanted to go see a specialist he would send me to a hypertension specialist I went to that specialist two weeks later and lo and behold I have hypertension and was put on meds if it were not for me finding this out through other people and arguing with Dr Terrone I would’ve never even gotten in to see the hypertension specialist I told the story to a friend of mine who used to see Dr Terrone and lo and behold she explained that her husband had a similar experience and apparently had high blood pressure for years without knowing I feel like taking vitals it’s a pretty basic function of a doctor or a nurse if they can’t get that right I wonder what else they can’t get right and how many people especially elderly people that go to see him on a regular basis may think that they have perfect blood pressure if he’s doing the same thing to them.

My doctor since 2006. Always takes time with you. Explains everything well and in detail. Recommended highly!
The initial consultation was good. After that, everything was diagnosed over the phone through his nurse Christina. When I asked why i could never get in to see the doctor, she said they were just to busy. In my mind if they are too busy for me, than I am too busy for them. That Is why I am changing doctors very soon.
After 20 years Dr Terrone & his nurse Christina said they were letting my mother go getting rid of her because she was too sick too much paperwork We found another Primary Care that was happy to do what Terrone threw out Ive never felt so disturbed by the actions Aren’t you suppose to care for the sick ? Also this new Dr makes hospital visits Terrone never did He is not as devoted to his profession as you think ! Good Riddance Terrone You are cold and cruel If you are looking for a Primary Care Dr Keep looking Terrone is terrible
Dr. Terrone has been my physician for most of my adult life. He is excellent! His staff gets you in and out. Professional office!
An excellent physician, genuine and caring, absolutely recommend and have recommended.
Dr. Terrone and his staff are wonderful. I was a new pt with multiple medical issues. I was provided exceptional care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
