Sad that I have to give a one star rating when my mother hasn't even seen this doctor. For 3 months she has been very, very ill. She has been hospitalized 4 times in the last 3 weeks and has had a rough time with acute pancreatitis. She also had to have a blood transfusion because of anemia. I had made and had to cancel several "meet and greets" with this doctor because of her health. She is getting better now. However, I am trying to get home health care set up for her as I am 30 minutes away and can't always get to her every day. The home health care company I am working with called their office to see if the doctor could do a visit via telehealth as my mother is still too weak to walk to the bathroom by herself much less the car and to the doctor's office. Our case manager called their office only to be told that we had cancelled too many appointments and the doctor would not take her on as a patient. How can a DOCTOR who took an oath to take care of others, treat a very sick 72-year-old woman that way? I could see it if we were just cancelling for no good reason, but we have PROOF she has been hospitalized during some of those appointment times. I will also be making a call to her insurance company to let them know how this doctor choses to treat the elderly.

Very nice and very helpful doctor & staff even when me as the patient gets a little angry and mean they are always VERY nice, always VERY accommodating, & VERY helpful I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Sassano and his staff.

Dr. Sassano is the most professional and compassionate doctor that I have ever met. I am so pleased to have found him over five years ago!

This disgusting man should not be in healthcare. He treated my father with total disrespect. During a consultation he doesn't even look you in the eye. He's buried in a computer. He didn't call my father by his name, but instead made up a ridiculous nickname for him as if he were a child. Dr. Sassano refused to refer my father to a specialist in spite of the fact that we asked SEVERAL times. Sorry Dr. Sassano, but this is America. Patients have rights. He REFUSED to refer him to a specialist because he loses bonus money if does. Sassano is a DISGUSTING excuse for a physician. I guess the DO after his name instead of MD should have been a clue to us. Apparently he was not intelligent enough to get into a real Medical School. You are practicing 3rd world medicine. Perhaps you should move to Cuba or Venezuela where people are used to your kind of care...or lack of care. To anyone reading this review, do yourself a favor and RUN as far away from this man as humanly possible!

I drive 45 minutes to see the Doc. I am a nurse practitioner so I have some idea of what and how things should be. The office girls are in believable, friendly, accommodating , polite, sympathetic the list can go on forever. The doc is the best listens, understanding of situations, knowledgeable, kind, smart, offers alternatives and his list can go on and on. This place is a rare find in this day and age. Wish there were more like them but for now I will keep them. Julie Goulandris

I am a new Florida resident looking for a Dr.near my home. I came across Dr. Sassano .I have been going to him for about 1 yr The staff has been attentive, friendly and courteous. I have never waited more than 15 minutes to see the Dr. He has been very attentive and thorough . Dr. Sassano has shown he cares and has actually called me himself to give me medical results. I am very pleased with everyone at his office and have already recommended them to my son and friends. I thank them for their caring services.

He shouldn’t even be in practice. He doesn’t listen to the patients, he’s obnoxious and tried to send MY father home when he was passed out from dehydration. Please don’t waste your time with this HORRIBLE DO!!!!!! Run away quickly!!

All appointments are on time. Dr. Sassanian is very concerned with you health. Better thuan my VA doctor. He’s 5 star.
