The secretary was a really nasty woman. Idk what happened to her to make her so nasty to clients. She really needs to seek help because it’s obvious she has some mental issues going on. She is the reason I will never be back and am changing my primary care dr.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Pirrello’s for over 15 years He is always patient and listens to my concerns. He is the most caring and considerate doctor I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. His staff is wonderful as well. I highly recommend him he belongs to Medical Associates of Hudson.

Dr. Pirello MD. and Terry Pa. are wonderful caring individuals whom Ive know for Dr. P. over 15 years now. His staff is always welcoming and very professional. Doc always takes the time to talk with you and very compassionate. He enjoys his work and so does Terry love them both. Thank you for being there always.

I relocated to Florida from New Jersey 2 years ago and finally found a primary care physician who is both knowledgeable and caring. I took months to get an appointment although after meeting Dr Pirrillo it was worth the wait. He spent almost an hour going over all aspects of my health from cardio to compartment syndrome. He is knowledgeable about all my problems even as rare as my injury is. Now it is east to get appointments and his staff are caring like he is.
