The experience has been excellent for 25 years. Dr Noel has managed both mine and my wifes health care needs to our satisfaction for for the last quarter century. She has always carefully coaxed me into doing things that I would rather not do and has almost always been correct in the end. We are very pleased with the care we have received. The office staff have gone to great lengths to assist us in difficult circumstances on several occasions and are very much appreciated.

Extremely rude staff and nurses. The nurse hung up on me after telling me they dont accept my new insurance. Why didnt the receptionist tell when she was scheduling my appointment? I have been a patient for years along with family members. Very disappointed would no longer recommend. Poor patient care.

Had problems since day one at this office. Long wait times for appointments, RUDE STAFF. Was a patient for months, NEVER ONCE even saw MY doctor??? Would not recommend this office to anyone, nothing falls under their “scope of services” so they send you to terrible specialists. Office staff hangs up on you if you try to call. I filed a formal complaint against this office for poor treatment. Wish I could give zero stars.

Dr. Noel has been my doctor for 28 years. I have complete confidence in Dr. Noel and feel that she has taken a personal interest in my health and welfare.

Dr. Noel is fantastic She is the first doctor ive every had that requires followups will look at ALL aspects of your health and is easy to talk to.

I am not a fan of Dr. Noel. She does not look up at me while I am talking to her, criticizes my decisions on the care of my 92-year old mother, would rather give her a flu shot that could potentially kill her, and not offer up a vitamin B12 or CoQ10, which is missing from the elderly. The only reason why I bring my mother there is because of Dr. Terri, and for the fact I do not want to start my mother on another doctor. Another reason I don’t like the practice is that I have to call every month for lorazepam for my mom when she can write the Rx for 60 or 90 days as was suggested by the pharmacy.
