WAITING OVER 53 min on hold for someone to pick up so I can schedule my ultrasound!!! I’ve called 6 times in 2 days, one time waited 53 min, all others at least 15 min each and not one single time did someone pick up!! This cannot be scheduled online! Come on now !!!

Tower is a complete radiology center with a country doctor feel. They made it easy and quick and that's what counts. Very nice staff.

It was close and more importantly on my insurance plan. I called to make an appointment but was told X-rays are walk-in only because they are fast to do. Doctor didn't fax the orders so when I showed up at 8:00, when the waiting area was pretty empty, I was sent away because there were no orders. Doc finally faxed them by 11:00. I showed back up at 11:45. Front desk people were nice. Fast they are not! I've been sitting in the waiting area an hour..and counting.My time here today was almost 2 hours on the dot, for a knee X-ray. Expect to wait

The Tower Imaging on Rt 52 is the WORST for making you wait an HOUR to an Hour and Half, just for an X-RAY (which only takes 5 to 10 minutes. I have experienced this on several occasions. This Location is the WORSE one of the three (3) locations they have. I will avoid this place like the plague!

We had a 2:30 appointment and even though the office was busy we were taken a few minutes earlier than the appointment. I was happy about that. My place for going to for testing

Appointment on time very short wait Had an MRI staff was friendly and very helpful. They made me feel comfortable with my test and didn’t rush me as hard to move Exceptional service!!

Felt very welcomed as soon as we walked in. Everyone was so friendly, patient and helpful. Even played Prince songs during my entire MRI! That was so nice! Made me feel relaxed and cared about. Really happy at Tower compared to where we were going.
