This office has horrible staff you set an appointment for 9:00 a.m. you're not seen until almost 4:00 in the afternoon after they take other people in front of you... When you ask for copies of medical records you're told that you cannot get them and has to come from the doctor which means that they need to bill your insurance.

Had an appointment at 9:00 a.m. was told doctor would not arrive until 11:30 when we arrived for our appointment we did not get seen in the back until after 5:00 p.m. when we asked for copies of our medical records we were told we could not have access to them until we seen the doctor so that they could bill insurance. Why else would they not give us access to our medical records?

Is there a set appointments and has you waiting from 9:00 from your appointment time until 5:00 in the afternoon before you get in they take the walk-ins before you depending on who you are. When you ask for a copy of your medical records you were told you cannot get copies of your medical records until you see the doctor which means that they need to Bill your insurance .

Never had a bad experience while visiting here for my kids pediatrician needs.she has an awesome staff that are always on top of things and answer phone calls at a busy office unlike other clinics.Blessings to all from the Medina family.

She is a good doctor but the wait time is ridiculous, you have to wait hours to see the doctor and on top of that, there are adults being seen at the same office so the waiting room is full of adults coughing and sneezing around the children. The waiting room is very loud and crowded. The staff there is not very friendly, they do not welcome you when you arrive. The doctor takes too many patients in one day and ends up not giving enough attention to them.
