I used to have Dr. Raquel as a primary until she took a leave to raise hers children. Years have gone by and now I had to find a new PCP and there she was, now my PCP. She is great and very understanding and she cares for her patients. Will recommend her to anyone.

I had a strange problem that I needed to see a Gyno about, but in order for my insurance to cover it I had to see a PCP for a recommendation. So I went here. You'd think it'd be easy to recommend a young lady to see a Gyno. NOPE. Number 1, they couldn't get me an appointment for a month. Number 2, when I got there, she was rude and told me my Mom could have avoided dying if she was better at early detection of breast cancer. Number 3, she didn't even want to help me. Do not go here.

I am new to Medicare and I started seeing Dr. Michel a few weeks ago. She has great bedside manors and explains what is going on. I called the office at 4:pm one day with a temp. and just not feeling good, and she had me come in the next morning. Office staff and nurses so far has been great.

Extremely unprofessional staff and doctor. Would not recommend this office to anyone that cares about their parents. It's hard enough to get an appointment, let alone see the doctor. Once you get in the examination room, you are rushed through several questions and you are given a diagnosis without proper testing. My mother was a patient here and has seen this doctor for a couple of years. We've had some emergencies, including the last one being a fractured leg... we originally went to her after my mother fell on her knee. The doctor sent her for xrays and gave her pain killers. We had to call her office every day for 10 days to receive the xray results; finally we were told that there was no fractures, and the knee was just severely bruised and it would have to heal on its own. Since we didn't trust her judgement, we BEGGED for a MRI referral; was then told that it would take 10 days for the results. After a family member kept insisting to get the results, that's when we were finally told that she indeed had a fracture on her knee and a torn ligament. This is the 2nd or 3rd incident that we've had with my parents and this unprofessional, incompetent doctor.
