The receptionist, Cody, is oddly combative and not at all professional. They seem to have more of an interest in maintaining a poorly optimized business than they do actually treating mental conditions. You're better off looking elsewhere.

Dr. Randall appears very competent & caring, his office staff, however could not care less! After prescribing powerful psychotropic meds for depression & asking me to call back if no relief, in more than 5 calls, including one to his office manager, no one bothered to call back! Left me without meds because they could not care less! Who causes more stress & anxiety to a patient seeking help??

I saw Dr. Randall after a long search for a pyschiatrist who would take my insurance and could get me in quick. He was very friendly and seemed earnest. I have seen him twice and like him very much.

Do NOT under any circumstance see these "doctors." They will get you addicted to hard core meds that will require constant use and if there is a issue with the medicine and you have a side effect from it. You are dropped and left to suffer not only the issues that you had when first arriving but then the added bonus of withdrawals from the wonderful meds they push like a pill mill.
