***Update*** It's been over an hour and no one has reached out.**** The staff here is horrible. I've been hung up on in the past while trying to find my ID card. Today, I was 15 minutes late. I called and let them know and they said it was OKAY. I was quickly corrected by the "manager" that I could only be 5 minutes if I'm new and she yelled at the young lady that told me the wrong information. My ankle, hand, and hip joints have been swollen for months and I finally was able to get to a doctor just to be treated like I did something horrendous. I pleaded with them, to the point of tears, to let me stay later because there was only one patient after me and i can't take off more time from work. They were not empathetic in the least. I left and called to speak with the manager and the person that was the rudest to me answered and said she'd have someone call me back as well as talked over me instead of hearing me. I will be updating this routinely until I get a call. This is unacceptable and I feel for patients that are not able to stand up for themselves.
