We adore Dr. McNeely and all of the nurses and staff at Pinellas pediatrics. We’ve been seeing Dr. McNeely since my daughter was newborn (with a short break when the military brought our family to Puerto Rico for a short time). She is extremely thorough, explains things in detail, and is very kind and caring. We recently moved but we choose to drive an hour to still see her. I highly recommend.

For many years my daughter was a patient of this Doctor. After our last visit my daughter ended up in DKA in the emergency room 24 hours later, because she was misdiagnosed for quite some time. Would not recommend any Doctor who is not capable to diagnose type1 diabetes.

One of the most uneventful visits I’ve ever had with a pediatrician. It was like throwing money out the window. It feels as though this Dr should probably retire as she pretty much blew off every concern I had and seemed incompetent. I left feeling unheard, with zero confidence in her medical abilities, left with answers I still need to find and agitated. Complete waste of time and money. I bring up her back and she refuses to allow us to get tests. I bring up her ear right after she just failed her own test!! Asking for it to be flushed and she says no it’s ok. I ask about age related matters and get a safe canned non answer. Seriously, retire or find a new profession. To make matters worse she had the audacity to ask my very feminine daughter if she felt like a “girl” for no reason at all. Disgusting! Instead of getting to the bottom of health concerns she spent the entire time attempting to be a very bad counselor which is she not, and when pushing back with questions was told to seek counseling. So you want to act like one when you have no clue but then not follow through on the conversation? Both me and my teenage daughter left saying to ourselves how horrible she is and what a complete waste of a dr visit. We won’t be returning.

Dr. Has been there for a very long time now! She was my husband’s pediatrician when he was a baby too! I feel like over there years though she has become more snippy with her patients and their parents. She doesn’t take the time to make you feel cared for as much anymore. I won’t go anywhere else but I definitely feel rushed when I’m there. The office staff is nice for the most part. Mandi and Barb are my absolute favorites and always take their time with me.

Dr. McNeely is fabulous! She is attentive, intelligent, wholistic and caring. My son has been coming to her for 16 years and she has been a role model, doctor, counselor and an inspiration! He has had some difficult times in school due to bullying and the doctor listened and assisted in helping us find a school with a healthier environment for him. I consider Dr. McNeely to be the best of the best! You will not find a better doctor or person as she is exceptional!
