I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. I am a doctor's daughter and have reasonably high expectations. Had been to 5 pediatricians, then heard she was the best. Hers was the ONLY office who left my infant son naked in a cold room with NO blanket, NO nurse, NO follow up whatsoever for close to 15 minutes. Yes, I was there with him, but unable to keep him warm - they didn't offer even a disposable diaper. I went out in the hall to ask for a blanket - I had a sick baby who was now shivering - I was told they didn't have blankets. When the doc came in she was rushed and clearly displeased with the fact that I had several questions. She looked at her watch and informed me that it was 5 pm and she needed to let her staff go. Was tapping her foot. I reminded her that it was not my fault that she and her staff were running behind schedule and that I had been there for an hour. I was a new mother with a baby who had seized after DPT vax. She was rude and seemingly unconcerned.

Amazing pediatrician. I recommend Dr Kay to every parent I know. I trust her with my son's care. The office staff is fabulous as well; Donna and Debbie.

my kids are her patients for 13 yrs. We wouldn't change her for any reason even when we moved and each trip now takes about half an hour each way. She is very patient, helpful and above all takes the time to interact with the kids and answer all questions thoroughly. Her drawings explaining fat cells to my then overweight 9year old will be legendary as will be her explaining to him puberty and the changes to his body.My 8 year old considers the yearly check ups a "treat" and LOts of fun. As for the staff only one word "accomodating" .And also very helpful and with a smile in their faces always

Very seasoned pediatrician. Very kind and soft spoken. Very helpful to new parents looking for direction and apt to recommend tips for parenting, even without the parents asking for them. A little old-fashioned in some respects, (not open to other philosophies in child-rearing, like Dr. Sears' stuff.) Trains interns from various medical professions during the visits, which may be a problem for some parents. Pro circumcision, and lacking in the current recommendations for the care of intact males.
