Called to see if my children's insurance was excepted at the clearwater location and the front office lady was extremely rude. She informed me that it wasn't and before I could ask about self pay visits she abruptly hung the phone up in my face.
Dr Odom is a wonderful pediatrician. Her knowledge of pediatrics is all encompassing. She is an absolute hit with my granddaughter’s and our entire family. I’m a retired CC pediatric nurse , Dr Kimberly Odom is definitely a 5 star Dr.
Dr Kimberley Odom, WORST DR EVER. after telling her my son had flu symptoms, she said she hadn’t see any flu around but saw strep throat, MY QUESTION.... WHY CANT YOU DIAGNOSE MY CHILD INSTEAD OF COMPARING HIM TO WHAT THESE UNKNOWN OTHER KIDS’ HAVE? she gave us and charged us for a strep test when he had no strep symptoms and then charged us $70 for a flu test when she said it was $35. Scamming patients and insurance companies, they said my insurance was inactive on a weekend and we couldn’t check (I knew it wasn’t). I had to self pay and then wait for several weeks to be reimbursed ($160 for a self pay office visit for the flu) Is it the patients responsibility to tell the dr how to diagnose? Because she HASNT seen any flu cases, does that mean you can’t get have the flu. The flu test came back positive just like I said it would so I could get some tamiflu to treat my son. I could have gotten better treatment at a walk in clinic than where I have been taking my son since birth.
Nice doctor. She isn't natural minded, though. She kept pushing Singulair for my son's allergies. My son tried it for a week and was in a fog. He missed an entire week of school. Years later Singulair was reported as dangerous.
Very pleasant!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
