I’m too weary to detail the substandard care from the three stooges in the same group: Szell, Diane Connor, & the arrogant undereducated Dipiazza! I’m through with gaslighting, denial, mood swings, ignorance, neglect, etc. Thankfully, my education leads me to better choices. If anyone wants detail, friend req. me on fb. Shame on Florida where we must muddle through to find the good doctors! Adios!

After a 40 minute wait. I saw her less than 5 mins. She gave me 4 week sample of meds that are not covered by insurance. It’s a 7 week wait for testing and then another week to follow up. So I had enough meds for 4 out of the 8 weeks. I’ve called 4 days in a row with no help or answers. So now I have to go back to having issues. There was no reason to give meds that take 4 weeks to kick in for only 4 weeks. Poor communication poor follow through.

I have been a patient for several years. I went for a 6 month check today and was told Dr. Szell isn't there on Friday's. I had received a text message a few days ago confirming my appointment. I was told they tried to call me to reschedule, but I never received the call. I am done with Dr. Szell.

Dr. Szell listens and really wants to help, improve any condition to the best of her ability. I am so comfortable in her office and her staff is amazing and helpful as well. I never feel rushed or being pushed to get my appointment “over with”. Having a female urologist is not easy to find and I’m glad she is in Florida!

It was great seeing Dr. Szell. She explained things well. She was aware of a previous visit with Dr. Larosa back around 2009. She put me at ease for reason for the two tests ordered.

Dr Szell is very nice and I never felt rushed as some have said. She listened to my concerns. Prescribed medicine to help with my issues. Surgery is possible at some point but I do not believe that Dr Szell performs the specific surgery I might require. I did get a scan as she requested which allowed me to skip getting additional Biopsies. Her office was also nice enough to call my Rx into Mark Cubans "COST PLUS DRUG CO" where I saved about 70% over CVS even using Good Rx.

When I have called in with a problem I've spoken with Kayeloni, on two occasions. She is always kind and patient and I hear from the nurse in a timely manner!

Dr. Szell is wonderful, sweet, caring, and efficient and I absolutely adore her. Her APRN Juanita, is equally amazing, personable, knowledgeable, and so very comforting during this scary time for me. I have zero issues with her treating me like so many people do because she isn't "the doctor". In fact, I don't think I've seen Dr. Szell since her maturity leave. The nursing staff? So sweet and just as comforting, when I broke down during my history and telling of my current problems. I'm so thankful that my PCP referred you to me. I couldn't be happier with the office as a whole. Thank you for the level of care, reassurance, knowledgeable and friendly staff and doctors that you have.
