No one wore a tag, identifying their name or title. I was there for several hours, waiting for a response. While I waited, about five of the staff of young people were around the station in the hall, loudly, laughing, even singing! I never met “Dr. Wallace. “He was supposedly contacted for a response. I’ve rarely been this unimpressed at a medical facility.

Great service overall. Dr. Wallace is very knowledgeable. His staff is friendly and efficient. I personally love Stephanie at the front desk. Ethan is great at the blood works. The other PA's are also really attentive and caring. I always walk away with a solution. And the wait is not very long at all.

I am a doctor and a patient of Dr. Wallace‘s and I find him very social, efficient, and doesn’t do unnecessary tests. I am willing to travel for 40 minutes to get to his office.
