Scott Greene's Online Review Report Card

I have been going to Dr Scott Greene for 5 years now and he is excellent! I have always found him knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone with ENT issues.

Dr Greene is a nice person but I will not be back to see him. I think he spent around 7 minutes with me and my copay was $300. I felt as though he was disinterested and blew off my sinus symptoms. My PCP referred me to see an ENT as I am having and have had awful sinus issues. They have been getting worse as of lately and I feel miserable. I recently had a CT per my PCP and instead of getting the images from my PCP, he ordered another CT. He is definitely not worried about cost for the patient. I am a nurse and I am very aware of patient assessment. Other than looking in my ears briefly and briefly putting a tube up both nostrils to look at my sinuses and nose he did not assess me. It was a waste of my time and money. I do not recommend going to him. I could go into more detail of my issues and visit but i don't want to waste anymore of my time. I found another ENT that I will be seeing who has a hundred amazing reviews. Despite it being a month out, it's worth it to see a dr that cares and actually wants tot treat the issue. I was told to plan to spend at least an hour with this new dr for a full assessment and history. Huge difference in that alone.

Dr Greene and his staff are awesome! This was my first time visiting and I felt an overall comfort in knowing my issues will be addressed. I highly recommend this office and the staff.

I went years with major hearing loss due to a Cholesteatoma. Dr. Greene was able to completely restore my hearing with a new prosthetic hearing bone. Amazing stuff honestly. Scheduling is a bit of a pain but I assume it's due to his skill and abilities.

The staff are friendly and so is Dr Greene. Unfortunately three years of not correctly diagnosing and handling my problem with my left ear and the situation getting worst, I left. Getting a second opinion. My medical situation was dire and required immediately surgery, still resulting in complete loss of hearing in that ear.

I went to him last year because he qas suppose to be the best. Well, I disagree 1000%. He spent 2 mins with me, wouldn't listen to what I had to say. My ears were bleeding, and all he could say was you need hearing aids and stop cleaning your ears. So all he wanted to do was sell me heating aids. Yes, I have earing problem but he would not listen to me. None of them would. Then charge me almost 100 for a hearing test that in his waiting room said FREE. Do not go to him, find someone else. I'm so 100 disappointed in this whole business. Everyone there doesn't care. All they want is money.

I am on a PPO network for my health insurance and his staff blatantly disregarded my plan and tried to charge me a co-pay after I explained my plan and showed them my insurance card and then charged me almost $400 for Dr. Greene to look into my nose for maybe 30 seconds which was coded as a surgery. Guard your wallet if you walk into this office!

Dr. Greene provides the best care, makes you feel at ease and has a genuine interest in taking care of his patients. He takes the time and really listens to your issues so he can diagnosis and treat effectively. The office staff are also very friendly and he always has availability according to your needs. I have referred many friends and family to Dr. Greene and they too have been very satisfied with his diagnosis and care!

Scott Greene has the exact bedside manner you're looking for in a physician. The office staff is very friendly and polite which makes your visit so much less stressful. Scott is a kind and caring man thats always willing to help with whatever my family needs. Sincerely, Lifetime patient.

If I could give this Quack 5 negative stars, I would. He does not take the time to clean his patients ears properly. And he is way too 'touchy-freely'. Make sure you bring someone with you. And Dr. Hanna in audiology has people working for her that don't know what they are doing in the sound booth. It was a horrible experience. Never again. I think Mayo is my next stop for quality care.
