I had a very pleasant experience at Dr Shaffi’s office. The team I worked with was very organized and very friendly. All the information I was given left me with no question they covered everything!! I wish every doctor’s visit could go this smoothly!!

Dr. Shafii has a very personable manner and answers all my questions. She seems very knowledgeable in the procedures and what one is best for me. Was on call when I ran a slight fever after returning home from surgery and was very reassuring when I spoke with her and the fever did go away. Her staff are all very nice as well.

Dr Shafii was an excellent communicator. She explained everything that was going to happen concerning my procedure, how & why things would be done, possible complications, answered all our questions. Friendly and professional, which is a rare combination. She adjusted the date of my procedure appointment to accommodate an upcoming major surgery my wife will be having. All of the staff were also good.

Unbelievable how I witnessed this Dr. yell at hospital staff in front of a patient and their family! So unprofessional and completely uncalled for, I would give zero stars if I could. She needs to be more dignified, especially with the staff that helps her.
