Been coming here since I was a kid and now I’m an adult. The wait times can be super long but I genuinely believe that this clinic cares for the entire community. I personally have never had a bad experience with them besides wait times. I’ve gone through multiple doctors and I have to say Dr. Rob is my favorite and the best one there in my opinion and he is the reason that keeps me here

I LOVE ROB but HATE this place......Called to see Rob was told hes booked but could do walkin to see him. Get there and they said he booked you cant see him. WTH Then dont tell me to come in if I cant see Rob. I dont know if I can deal with this place anymore. The staff is the rudest...... actually told me to leave the building. ROB we love you but we are leaving the place you work for

Amazing provider. Dr. Shirley Ice is very friendly and takes her time to listen to your concerns. Its worth waiting for the great quality care she provides. Some of the nurses are skilled when drawing blood. especially when one is a hard pick.I can’t say the same to my most recent blood draw. the Nurse pick on a vein twice and kept poking around and moving in odd angles. She ended up hurting my hand and it become swollen and extremely painful. was not able to use my hand for two days and went to the Er for relief. Was prescribed a very strong pain medicine and luckily its not as painful as before. But this nurse should have someone supervising them at all times. I do not wish this on anyone. Next time I do not want her drawing my blood ever.

Yelled at a 4 year for their mask falling off because it was too big. Then stated my child was negative for covid19 I paid for a Covid19 test turned out they didnt even give him a covid19 test they gave him an influenza test instead. Had to get a refund. Asinine company.

Havent heard from them yet about my test on my foot Its been over 2 weeks They told me 3times they would call me Nurse was nice though.
