My husband and I have been patients of Dr Rivera’s for several years and always had a good experience and felt confident in his skills until recently. My husband recently had a bad experience with the Doctor which resulted in him having to leave the practice. I had an appointment there myself last week and had decided to continue to be a patient until I got a phone call from Dr Rivera telling me that my lab results were all fine and normal. once I looked at the results myself on my quest account I realized that they were not all normal and in fact I had several results that need attention. The doctor also had sent a prescription to my pharmacy and when I went to pick it up they told me that my portion to pay was over $200. When the dr was discussing this prescription with me he never mentioned how expensive it was. I feel that I should have been given that information so that I could have asked him for a less expensive option. I don’t know what has happened with this practice but I do know that my husband and myself have lost trust in this doctor and will no longer be patients there.
