Mixed feelings. Dr. Ice is amazing. The wait time is beyond ridiculous. Waiting over an hour and a half just to be seen by triage, is unacceptable. Seriously considering changing doctors, they do not respect their patients and their time.
Great experience, so happy we found you DR. ICE!
Sight for sore eyes.
She is the dr who signs off on my husband and 10 year old daughters prescriptions and even with me calling day after day requesting refills there has been nothing sent. Nothing any other dr in the office can do either. Doesn’t seem to actually care At all about patients or communicating.
She is the dr who signs off on my husband and daughters prescriptions and I’ve been calling for days trying to get refills sent and keep being told she has not responded to any notes or messages and we are waiting on her. Horrible communication and care for patients.
She takes time to listen and not just hear you. If many of the staffers there were not so rude and condescending it would be nice. The 2 main problem i have with the office are: 1) often my messages and emails never seem to reach dr. Ice… it’s like a brick wall to go through (2) the time spent: although dr. Ice is well worth the wait, sitting for hours is detrimental to both my physical and mental states. I am sure there are many folks that are in the same boat.
I had a 9 am appt by 1045am I left and came back..they gave me another dr matt..who was nice...anyhow I wasted my whole day.....dont pay the 137 fee...its a rip off ..the dr said that I would get a refund because they didnt do anything but nothing yet...now I'm out 137 that I need...I have blue cross blue shield and will be calling them ...It was like sheep at a slaughterhouse..never again
She dont send meds in on time lets you go days with out even after receiving multiple messages that you need them
Dr Ice is good and see listen to your problems and helps out a lot ,but The wait time is ridiculous . They should hire more Dr if that’s the problem. You should not have to wait over two hr to just be put in a room and another 1 or so to see a Dr . All we were here for was to change a medicine.
I've always paid 20 dollars to get seen here for the past 5 years. The lady was arguing said I need to pay 120 just to get seen. First of all my deductible is already met because I've been to the er this year. And the lady sat there arguing with me. I told her call my insurance and she said she needs 120.. this place is a joke. Not to mention I have no high blood pressure medicine so thanks!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
