Dr. Patel has been my PCP for a long time. For all my family and many of my friends. There is never a time he makes me feel I am wasting his time-even if my concerns are silly as I tend to worry about everything. He treats me with respect and always listens to my concerns-checks into stuff if needed or explains why not necessary and that all is ok. I feel completely safe as a patient in his care. Can not tell you how many times his medical advice has been right on the money! Our county has a lot of wonderful physicians-but at this office-I always feel cared for by not only the doctor himself, but the PAs and office staff. Lots of compassion in this office and hard working people!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I moved here 4 years ago & kept my doctor down south because I was warned that doctors in citrus county are horrible. And was everyone correct. I’ve seen dr Patel ONCE and got into a huge argument with him, and then went today to fill my prescription for water pills (my feet swell worse than a pregnant woman if I don’t take them) and the pharmacist said there was a note from the dr office “do not fill “ also I have RA they wouldn’t give me-anti inflammatory, steroid OR ibuprofen 600mg “it was against the rules of there practice”. All they wanna do is take blood and send you on your way.

I ran out of an COPD inhaler non generic called Inverness office 3 times and my insurance called them as well the girl in office here in Inverness FL. 801 medical court was very rude and now am waiting on my inhaler name Brand wich I have always taking Symbacort inhaler. No generic. Questioning this health care provider. We all deserve respect and I for 1 am not getting that here at Inverness office.

Dr B Patel has been my primary care provider since 1997. I love how he listens to you and doesn’t try to shove pills at you. I have 100% confidence in his ability to care for me.

I called for an appointment and the lady was so sweet. She explained what I needed to do. I went in filled out papers, gave them I. D. And insurance card and I expect to hear from them to schedule an appointment. I would have to say that so far it’s nice to have a doctor for the $4200 I pay every month for insurance. Hope he’s a good Dr. I just want a good Dr. He’s now my Doc. Or I should say she. I like going in here and everyone is right on time and this is the best experience I’ve had with any doctor in a long time. Thanks everyone. Love you guys.

I asked for a referral 1 week ago and so far nothing has been done, I have yet to see the doctor for any appointments. Always seem to get a student doctor or a nurse practitioner. Nothing but terrible dx calls and terrible customer service. AVOID this practice!!! I'm changing PCP's immediately.

This office is extremely professional! Very nice! been going there for years. Dr. Modi is not there, however Dr. Patel and Jennifer is the very best! Would consider going, they will fix you right up!! Very compassionate and knows what they are doing. Dr. Modi saved my husband twice. Would recommend this facility to anyone.
