List of Ghassan A Hasan's Reviews
The first appointment with Dr. Hasan was merely getting established as a patient, which was quick and he basically just told me to get labs done. The second appointment was when he reviewed my results.Dr. Hasan started off the second appointment by saying my cholesterol levels were high and that I am diabetic. I've never been told I am diabetic, so I questioned him on how he came to that conclusion. He then became very condescending and told me that if my name is the same as what is on the lab results, then I am diabetic. He proceeded to raise his voice and told me that I live bad. I'm assuming he meant that I did not have a good diet. It's bad enough being told that you are diabetic, but then getting yelled at because your glucose levels are high doesn't help.Dr. Hasan has terrible bedside manner and was not helpful to me at all. While yelling at me about my lab results, he threw his arms up and yelled, "I don't know what you're going to do!" I guess that's his way of saying I'm on my own to improve my health?? Whenever I tried talking to him, he would interrupt me and did not care what I had to say. He claimed that I did not believe him when he said I was diabetic when I was just trying to understand how he came to that conclusion.I eventually got to a point where I asked him why he is giving me such an attitude. I told him that we can stop right here, that I am going to find a different doctor. As far as the rest of the office staff, they were all helpful and courteous. I feel sorry for them having to work with such an attitude. I could not work in a place where I had to deal with someone like that all day long. I am sorry for having to post a negative review, but this was my experience.
If you're looking for great medical care from a doctor you can trust, Dr Hasan is that doctor. He is thorough, truly cares about your medical needs, advises you on what's the best plan for your health and answers all your questions. His staff is as great as he is- friendly, helpful and understanding. You can get a same day appointment when you're sick, rare these days. If you need a specialist, Dr Hasan knows who to get you to as well. I've been seeing Dr Hasan for several years now and have never been disappointed!
Late, but, took my mom to him when we relocated here a few yrs ago(RIP,Mom).Doctor was so animated& aggressive to the point of physically being in my face.As a former licensed med.professional,I was appalled and soon found her a new local PCP.
My insurance provider suggestedthis doctor for me. I called and madean appointment this morning. Theappointment was for September22 at 10:30. Shortly after making thisappointment I received a call notifyingme that the doctor declined to see me.The reason was because I visited anotherdoctor, Dr Wallace and at one point they werepart of the same group. Dr Wallace was a finedoctor that closed his office in 2019. I am pleasedI got to read the pedigree of this man beforeusing his services. My description is - Arrogant - Egotist, he may bea good Doctor, I don't know - and am glad I won'tsee him...
Very pleased with the doctor and the staff. I hope he's my doctor for the long term.
Dropped like a hot potato after an auto accident. Dr. Hasan's office called me to tell me they could not see me with any health complaints from the accident. The referral number given to me was out of service both the 800 and the local number. I called back to see if they had another referral and was told that was the only number they had. They only have one injury doctor referral? Receptionist was rude and acted like I was wrong about the number. I dialed it 3 times, checked via google, went to the facilities local number, same thing. So here I sit without medical referral or assistants. It does not get any better than that!
Staff is nice. Doctor is an angry little man who complains about working 12 hours. When he talks he shouts and ignores or doesn't agree with a patient or any previous doctors diagnosis. No bedside manner and not professional at all. Outsources lab work. He doesn't follow instructions on using mail order Rx. Sends it where he wants and then sends the same Rx to to 2 different stores. Totally incompetent... I wouldn't take my dog to see this man
Was referred to Dr. Hassan by my cardiologist and would have very much liked to have seen him, but for the front office screwing up my appointment not once but twice in a span of a month waiting. On the last scheduled appointment, they told me they had to get preapproval from my insurance before Hassan can see me or I can o ahead and pay full price for the appointment if I wanted to keep it? If this is the way the front of the office is run it doesn't matter how good the doctor is!!! Pray, they don't lose a lab order or prescription order, etc. This was very disconcerting to me and it should be to you as well. I am sorry Dr. Hassan but you have lost my business and confidence in your practice and it's too bad I heard good things about you but I don't trust your staff.
I saw Dr Hasan this morning. His staff are so great - attentive, friendly, professional. Dr Hasan is very knowledgeable and I feel he treats my healthcare on an individual level with respect and dignity. My husband and I have been seeing him for two years.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
