Went to see Dr Royalty due to problems with my legs, I was pleasantly surprised. What a wonderful experience. Dr. Royalty was very thorough , took all time to make sure I understood all of the exam and what it meant. Recommend him as a Top Physician in all aspects.

Dr Royalty misdiagnosed my husbands severe periferal artery disease. He did a venous study only. He never scheduled a follow up even. No arterial studies were obtained. He referred him to a dermatologist who also misdiagnosed him and treated his legs for a fungal infection. After months of severe pain, edema and discoloration (blackish in appearance) we sought out another vascular surgeon in Ocala. My husband had almost 100% blockage in both of his legs from his groin down. He ended up with stent placements and 4 arteries cleaned out. If not for this new vascular surgeon, my husband would of lost his legs. Our healthcare system is a disaster with physicians not communicating, misdiagnosis and no follow ups scheduled. What has the world of medicine become! We are very disappointed in the care he didn't receive from a Dr that came highly recommended.

Dr Royalty is a wonderful Physician with a quirky manner. Don’t let this manner make you think he is not serious with your care. He performed vein blockage surgery on both my calves recently. He was entirely professional and proficient! Highly recommend this man!

I have never been a patient of Dr. Royalty's but had the pleasure of working with him and his staff to coordinate care for patients. His staff is top notch as is the doctor himself. He is exceptionally skilled which is not unusual, but what sets him apart from other surgeons is his kind heart. He is generous with his time and concern. I have witnessed this in his interactions with patients and families but also in many chance encounters with folks like dietary and housekeeping hospital staff!
