Thank goodness that she has xrays on site she was able to diagnose a problem which i have had for over 10 years and i was able to see in real life my xrays and what is wrong. Excellent

Had a great visit, x-rays in the office is a plus. Dr. Krishnan is easy to talk to.

Great experience with Dr. Krishnan! I will definitely come back, she is very informative and a people-person. Her staff is great, much better than other doctor's offices. Office manager can be a little strict, but she means well.

Last week, my husband and I were at Dr. Krishnan’s Beverly Hills office for a 1:00 appointment. We were there until 2:15 and still had not seen the doctor. So we left. No one in the office remarked on our leaving or cared that we left, even though we had been placed in an inner room and walked right by the staff. No one followed up with my husband. Scheduling an appointment and asking a patient to wait more than 1.25 hours before seeing the doctor is unreasonable, inconsiderate, and rude. There is something wrong with the office staff if they can't do any better than this. A related, but more minor issue, is that the music in the waiting area is extremely and uncomfortably loud and echoes badly – this was our second visit. It gave me a headache. I mentioned the volume to the office staff while we were waiting, but they did nothing about it. One patient had to shout information that is considered confidential over the music in order to be heard by the staff. All in all, Dr. Krishnan seems like an excellent doctor, but the office staff falls short. I had sent this information to the office using their online contact form, hoping that Dr. Krishnan would see it and respond, so that I would not have to post it online. But there has been no response whatsoever.

Great doctor, LISTENED and then talked to me. Was not busy typing on her computer screen and performed a through eval. One of the few doctors running the office right, was seen within 5 minutes of my appt. I felt important with her and my pain is gone. If your doctor is not actively engaged with your issues, leave them and go to her.

Referred here by my PCP after struggling with my pain for 10 years - I visited her twice and my pain is gone due to her recommendations. Will always be grateful to my PCP and her for their guidance and treatment. You will love her, she's great!

Dr. Krishnan is the most warm & kind doctor who enters the room with a smile, adds so much laughter and love. She makes every visit such an educational experience and we always leave with happiness. Her staff are very professional warm and courteous from on the phone to face to face. The Practice Administrator Karin is the back bone to that office and is so much apart of all patient interaction and makes sure the staff are always on point with not only customer service but the patient care. Since Karin arrived a few years ago the office has taken a turn for the best!! Do not change a thing you all are perfect!

Come to this office for excellent treatment and care. The Dr is knowledgeable, direct and caring. I had issues with heel pain and she did not prescribe any medication and was interested in what I had to say. She explained the principals of foot anatomy and the significance of different conservative treatments. Very nice and plesasnt.
