It always takes a long time for a doctor to see my child. On this last visit it took 2 hours for the doctor to see my child. I had an appointment at 8:50am and the doctor saw us at 11am and after that she got the vaccines so we spent like 3 hours there for a super quick 2 minutes doctor visit and the vaccines

I’ll think twice before before returning to this office in person with my kids and consider an urgent care First for such simple matters. All I needed was a strep test, which I couldn’t get when I was there the night before, because the labs closed at 6pm which I wasn’t aware of. It should have been quick sick visit (appointment made early that morning) but was a 1 hr wait time, for a 5 minute appt. The waiting room was packed and many were waiting long times in the waiting room. Great doctors, just need to work on wait times (not the first time I’ve waited so long, and it’s not every time, but an hour is too long) If you’re overbooked or running behind, then let me know and I’ll rethink.

Would love to be able to give a more comprehensive review of the actual practice but I haven't been able to get through to any doctors. My husband and I are expecting a baby and tried to schedule a prenatal appointment to meet the team here, which they advised us that they do. We had it scheduled for today and never received any sort of follow up call or email prior to the appointment so we called yesterday to verify. They confirmed our contact information and said if we didn't get an email to call again in the morning. We called again this morning at 8 AM and they said that the doctor would call us at 1:20 PM (it is now nearly 3 PM). We never received a call. We called the office back and they yet again confirmed our contact information and then informed us that the doctor "must have tried to reach out". We have zero missed calls and we also could not find any emails in our junk or spam folders. We've now been rescheduled for Monday because I guess they only have one timeslot available per day for prenatal. Complete waste of time.
