Dr Punjwani was very lazy, even making things up for his reports. He literally told me to schedule an appointment with my primary physician to take care of side effects to the medication he prescribed when I brought it up with him.

Dr. Punjwani is irresponsible, lacks professionalism, and is very closed minded. My daughter was in peak view for suicidal ideation… and bipolar. He took her off her meds, changed them, and said he saw no bipolar characteristics… after meeting with her for a quick one time visit. No contact with me about this. Peak view is a short term facility, why mess with her meds from an excellent psychiatrist that my daughter has seen for years. ?? Never received a call back.

In my opinion, Sohail Punjwani should have his license revoked. He admitted me to a behavioral health facility in Colorado without even speaking with me, which is a violation of Colorado law. He later approved a medication as the after hours physician without knowing my other meds. What he prescribed could have resulted in my death by overdose because it wasn't compatible with other meds that I was taking. And this is on top of all the other things in his past that I think make him unfit to treat patients.
