Dr I. Faruqui is a decent doctor but his staff lacks professionalism. The staff is not reliable. They wont call back not matter the issue. Whether it be meds or referral to someone that will prescribe appropriate meds. I tried 5 or 6 times to get to referral dept or the nurse. My situation is urgent to my well being and the staff does not seem to care. No compassion, no concern, and no replies to messages left, that is if they answer at all. I guess i will attempt a face to face and see if i can get a resolution. I gave them generously 3 stars while they deserve One.

Dr.Faruqui listened to what I had to say. He talked to me and explained everything so that I could understand it. He made sure he answered every question I had, until I understood the the answers completely. I didn't feel like he was rushing me in and out the door. He spent the time it took until I understood. I would recommend Dr. Faruqui to everyone.

After going to one doctor for five years and never once seeing him and another for two years who started letting his practioner see me, I took my daughter's advice and started seeing Dr I. He is caring and compassionate and takes no chances regarding my health, which I was not used to. I just feel at ease and respect this doctor and would recommend him to anyone. We need more like him.
