Worst doctor ever!!!! Run from this man !!!!! Horrible !!!!
Not knowlegable. No bedside manner. Could not diagnose problem
The worst diagnostician dr! He admitted he had no idea why a 92 yr old with high blood pressure was experiencing tingling in arms, red cheeks, head pressure and burning ears. He said he didn’t know why she had those symptoms. Maybe a cold that she wasn’t aware of. Lack of knowledge and no bedside manner. No compassion whatsoever and clearly doesn’t like his job!
Worst excuse of a dr. Patient advocate will b contacted tomorrow. We have been going to this hospital for 25 yrs, and now because dr bellos lack of knowledge, interest, and horrible bedside mannerI will have to think about returning. my 91 yr old mom had high blood pressure for 2 days. We went to the ER because heavy burning eyes, She had tingling in her arms, tightening in her head, and face was bright red red. Pressure was 157/80. Dr Bello said that that was not high. He had NO idea about other symptoms. He said maybe she has a virus? Or did she take niacin.this is way too scary, if he didn’t know he should have asked another dr. He is no diagnostician and doesn’t belong in ER! He is inept and doesn’t care!
Dr. Bello was the Dr I was given when I went to the BRRH for some stitches after a seizure. His bill is no longer included in the hospital bill as one would expect. The hospital gives you a 75% discount for not having insurance but not Dr. Bello. For putting a few stitches in my leg, his bill is $1,700 dollars and NO DISCOUNT, Good luck finding him to talk to after seeing him! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DR. He is not someone you want to deal with! Two days in the hospital $3500, a few stiches $1700
This doctor should not see patients anymore. Met him in the ER at Boca Regional and wish I never did. This doctor did not even assess me even though I asked him to. He dismissed me and basically accused me of making up symptoms. He need to be reviewed.
Sent to the ER at Boca hospital by Urgent Care for severe abdominal pain. Saw PA and was challenged as to how I got the pain. Did lung and upper body tests as their claim was the pain location wasn't abdominal. Dr Bello arrived to also challenge me as to how I came about the pain. Very Bizarre. Left ER, got in to see my primary care MD and diagnosed it quickly as abdominal, sent for CT scan of abdomen, diagnosed Liver Abscess. Scheduled draining. Would have no confidence in seeing Dr Bello for any reason.
Overal they made me feal like a pill head looking for my next fix. In reality I have a bad break in my elbow wit h creates lots of pain. I have to wait three days to see a specialist. The pain is getting worse so I called to speak to his charge nurse at JFK emergency. She was very unhelpful in finding me help for the pain. She kept sayi g we don't refill prescription med. I kept reponding that I still have medication, and that I was concerned about the pain not the pain pills. She hung up the phone after being very short with me. Doctor Adam Bello and his staff at the JFK emergency need to be evaluated on their abilities to compatintly serve the comunity in health care. Dr. Bello looked embaresed when he realized my elbow really was broken.. As he rushed to get me the pain medication he should have given to me 3 hours ago and before the painful xrays

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
