It was ok wasn't the worst wasn't the best! But the radiologist didn't read my images well at all. Your in the hands of people's lives who doesn't CARE! When my doctor mentioned the the radiologist marked normal on my spinal cord where it's fused together! Be careful who you trust seems like this company only wants money not the well being for there patient. It's your life they're playing with not safe at all.

I went there early May and without notice the offices were closed after my scan. I was not able to get my CT scan results nor was it sent to my doctor. We had to go through hoops to get it. Let me make it clear- this office even though is has the akumin name - this location records are not able to be accessed through the other akumin offices because this office is not owned by akumin. Well they didn’t tell you all of that prior to the ct scan. In addition the front desk lady could not get my insurance verified in time so I had to pay out of pocket for this CT scan. All of the red flags. There was another person in the office with another issue not sure what it was basically he also couldn’t get his test done- they kept apologizing for the mistake. I was there for an hour and a half waiting to go back. I was the only person there! It makes no sense for a 15 min test. Keep all of this in mind before making an appointment.

Everybody is really nice. I don t speak really good English and the lagy at the office is very helpful, explain in an easy way. For my MRI, the woman is nice too and takes time to help you. Second time I have been there and I recommand to come at this office. Thank you to the akumin boca team.
