Dr. Mitchell sees our entire family. Not only is he very nice; he is so thorough, knowledgeable and not pushy either. Everyone in the office makes you feel comfortable from the second you walk in with the girls up front , to the tech , the doctor and then the girls at checkout. We have always had a VERY positive experience at this office! Highly recommend!

My 1st visit was today! I am very pleased with all the staff and the Dr himself.Felt like I was very important to them and the tech Samantha was comforting as I was a little nervous! 5 star!

I switched to Dr. Mitchell and so glad I did. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Mitchell was very welcoming. . I barely waited to be seen by the doctor. What a switch from where I had been going before.

dr. mitchell is the most inconsiderate physician i have ever encountered. i needed a cataract operation and when i was on the table he substituted some other doctor in his place. he longer does operations. might as well have gone to wallmart for an eye exam. in another incidence, i had an appointment with him and was told that the doctor did not see patients on fridays. i showed the receptionist the appt card that they filled out that explicitly said friday. the doctor stood behind a pole and did not come out to find out what the problem was or to apologize for the misunderstanding. the most disgusting behavior ever.

Error after error, made by Dr. Mitchell, and His Staff is without a doubt the most UNFRIENDLY AND LEAST RESPONSIVE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN A DR. OFFICE... Staff when you call is so rude. This will be the second time they never returned my call. Never experienced such an unprofessional staff. They actually when calling wanted to ship me to another doctor. I have never been there. I along with several others will be staying away

This is the second time I have called and the staff is beyond rude they do not return your phone calls and this was going to be my first visit it states excepting new patients and for a simple sure they wanted to send me to some doctor. Guess my family and friends won't be returning looks like he doesn't want business

Dr. Mitchell...I simply cannot say enough good things about him. Doctors typically get irritated with me when I ask questions as if I am insulting their intelligence. Not this man! Dr. Mitchell takes the time to thoroughly explain everything. A few days ago, he performed my PRK procedure. From the planning stage to my current recovery stage, he has been attentive and caring. I am so thankful to have found him. I referred a friend for Lasik and she feels the exact same way. I will continue to refer to him because he truly is amazing! If you have any doubts about who to see for any of your eyeball needs...make a consult appointment with him and you will not be disappointed.
