Grate place with good staff and dr bank best

The front desk staff were very caring and it was my first visit. Daver nurse was detailed, personable and patient. Dr Bank was extremely polite, knowledgeable and provided important information concerning my Gi and liver conditions. I was very impressed with Dr Bank and suggest he and staff are commended, rewarded for their abilities. I will recommend others from my community to Gastro Health. Thank you. God Bless. Very disappointing experience. I booked an appointment with Dr.Bank weeks in advance and they made me wait 45 minutes before telling me he was not able to see me. The waiting room was empty and I was the only one there. After waiting for so long, I ask one of the stuff what the waiting time was and she said I was next (obviously, I was the only one there!). A few minutes later they let me know he is a meeting and can’t see me. As a new patient, I didn’t appreciate the care and attention I was provided. I will not go back

Absolutely terrible experience. My wife made an appointment weeks in advance for 3:20pm. She arrived well before her visit to give time for new patient paperwork. After waiting in the exam room for an hour, she went to the front desk and asked how much longer it was going to be. The response was "i'm so sorry but the Doctor is in a meeting and can't see you today" If the doctor is going to take meetings during times he's scheduled to see a patient, he needs to revisit his priorities. Clearly the priority of this office is not the patients. I'd recommend going somewhere else if you value your time. We will be scheduling an appointment with a different provider.

OMG. Why I never knew about him before..today my first visit. He so kind and explains everything so you understand. Also great sense of humor. Had colonoscopie 1year . Was so scared that I must go through it again..NOOO. He a day. See you in 2027. Happiest day ever today. Office staff also very friendly. Highly recommend.. THANK YOU DR. BANKago.

I don’t think I even waited five minutes! And everyone there is so kind and helpful and friendly And they always remember your name Not to mention Dr Bank is THE BEST GASTRO DOCTOR!! And Daver, his assistant is amazing also.

It's been 10 years, but I liked him so much I got the VA to add him to their Community Care roster. Gonna see him next week for a consult re: Colonoscopy & Endoscopy. Just hope, if they use the same camera they do the endoscopy first.
