Waste of time and Money. Do not use this Office. They have technicians that have to get paid on staff So they will order unnecessary tests for your Condition. Guess who pays --- you do. Wife had vertigo, went to this office and they administered hearing tests. She could hear fine walking in the office, now her ears hurt since these tests. All they want now is payment for what insurance does not cover which is about ½ in our case. Wrote them to complain to no avail, no response. Left 2 messages for the DR assistant no returned call. I am left with no choice but to pay this down. Just a heads up for Lack of communication. NEXT VICTIM!!

Very thorough and convenient availability to diagnose problem onsite and prescribe treatment needed. If appointments not for allergy clinic, schedule your appointment in the morning or you will wait a long time.

Saw Dr. Gorup recently for allergies. He was very polite and took his time and was very helpful. He ordered allergy testing and gave me some medication to try and I've never felt better. He is heaven sent. So thankful for him and will definitely recommend for any Ent related issues.

My son had an appointment last Friday. He felt completely dismissed by Dr. Gorub who said he didn’t believe that a piece of grape could have travelled from his nasal cavity down into his lung. Dr. Gorub said he would make a referral for a swallow test. On Monday we called the office and left a message for the medical assistant them that no one reached out from the radiology office to set up the test. No one returned the call. On Tuesday when I called I spoke to someone who let me know that the referral had not been sent and she didn’t know why. She suggested I call and leave a message with the medical assistant!!! The same one who never called back! Basically my son spent $200 and got nothing from this doctor! He has an appointment with another ENT at a different practice tomorrow. What a terrible experience!
