Alicia Gittleman's Online Review Report Card

I had no idea that radiation treatment was every day for over a month. When I arrived I received a very warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was then brought to the CT Scan area by Tiffany. She performed a simulation to prepare me for treatment. She was kind and attentive. The first day of actual treatment I felt afraid. I was greeted by Elizabeth who immediately made me feel relaxed as she explained everything. She had me change and positioned me on the table. Each day I was greeted by Justyce, Joel, Crystal, & Valaria. They made me feel like I was their only patient. They always had smiles and answered all my questions until I understood. Through chemo, surgery, and radiation, I must say that despite the everyday treatment, radiation has by far been my best experience. Dr. Gittleman is very thorough and attentive. I agreed to see any of the 3 doctors to make it easier. Dr. Harmon and Dr. Dass were also very kind and helpful to me. I can't thank the above mentioned enough!!!

I saw Dr. Gittleman along with Serena, Katrina, Elizabeth, & Krystal at the Wellington location. Everyone was beyond friendly and made me feel cared for the entire time.

After first completing a PET Scan to help Dr. Gittleman map out a targeted radiation treatment, I began the protocol she designed consisting of daily radiation sessions over the course of 32 days. I found Genesis staff to be personable, competent and compassionate. Genesis respects their patients’ time. My daily sessions were scheduled at 3:00pm, M-F. Nearly all 32 sessions were completed by 3:30pm. If I requested an opportunity to meet with Dr. Gittleman after a session, she always accommodated my request. Having just completed the final session, it is far too early to determine the effectiveness of my combined Chemo and Radiation treatment, I am confident that I received high quality care delivered by highly knowledgeable and experienced medical professionals. I highly recommend Dr. Alicia Gittleman and staff of Genesis Radiology.

I received radiation at the Wellington office. I worked with this fabulous team of Joel,Mike,Elizabeth,and Justyce. I can’t say enough positive things about them. They were kind,professional,and just a delight to be around. I enjoyed going to see the team every day. Yes you heard that right! They made me feel comfortable from the start.At the end they felt more like family. Your organization is lucky to have these gems of employees. They obviously enjoy their jobs and they are an unbelievable group who work so well together… I also want to comment about the front desk staff. They are always smiling and always saying “ good morning” every day. This makes you feel so comfortable having to see their positive attitudes when you are receiving treatments. Continue on Dr Gittleman: I wish she had explained why I need a CT scan. I had no idea until the lovely radiology lady explained what it was all about and why I needed it. I enjoyed this young lady because she explained everything.

Dr Gittleman & the radiation techs(Mike,Joel, Elizabeth & Justice) are absolutely amazing. Very caring & sympathetic during this part of my journey. I would highly recommend Genesis Care and this team.

Dr Gittleman and her entire team in Trilogy made a difficult situation a good experience! I am very grateful for the professional, friendly and respectful manner I was treated.

In such a trying and stressful time Dr. Gittleman was caring and reassuring. She explained the process so I kew what to expect. She was spot on. Her staff was equally caring an helpful. The radiology technicians Stanley, Katrina and Serena were highly professional and personable. You could ask them any question and they had the answer. They were constantly reassuring during the process. And before I knew it, the session was over! I was so happy I think I bounced out of the office and drove home. My heartfelt thank you to everyone
