List of Alvin Beyerlein's Reviews
I genuinely wish I would have done more research in finding a better ob. If you’re looking for a more natural approach to birthing look else where. Him and his nurse were very condescending. Didn’t listen to me my whole pregnancy. Started talking about induction before I was 36 weeks. So desensitized and unprofessional. The conversations I heard him having over my cut open body will forever anger me! There’s so much more just please do your research ladies.
Dr.B is an amazing doctor and person in general. He is kind and listens to all your concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent doctor
He has a great calm personality that makes going to the doctor very pleasant
Had full hysterectomy for precancer, absolutely no follow-up, then it reoccurred. Poor communicator, I put my life in his hands and now have cancer. all he had to do is ask me to come back and check for a recurrent tumor, that should be his job. I do not recommend this Dr.
He is amazing, involved our oldest in the pregnancy, had a great sense of humor and put me and my husband at ease. I would recommend him to anyone!
Well educated. Well informed. Compassionate, trustworthy, understanding & patient. The BEST Dr. I've ever had.
Dr Beyerlein was a 2nd opinion and I took his advice for endometrial ablation surgery. I've always known him to be very personable, kind and caring. I was a hormonal mess when I saw him and he sat and listened to me, offered a kleenex and fixed the issues I was having. I'd highly recommend him.
Dr. Beyerlein was not a good doctor.. I felt he didn't care and just wanted to hurry through the appointment.. I felt so uncomfortable I personally will not go back.to him..
Dr. Beyerlein cared for me during my first pregnancy, and my husband and I both adored him. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and knew how to address concerns that we each had. I had a high risk pregnancy, and while he was watchful of the complicating medical condition, he was careful not to alarm me or recommend invasive or extreme interventions. The physicians at this practice deliver their patients, and he was at the hospital with me during the entire second stage of labor. It was such a relief having my doctor there with me. Postpartum care was sensitive and encouraging. I felt very well cared for during my pregnancy, and enjoyed our non-medical discussion as well. His nurse is lovely as well, and after my baby was born I realized how much I missed seeing them both. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
Very poor with communication as well as time management, completely UNETHICAL. He fired me at 34 weeks pregnant from his practice because I asked about what the difference would be at a midwifery center when giving birth vs. a hospital. He got extremely offended and fired me without even calling me, and will not take me back. I would not recommend him to ANYONE. Now I am 3 days away from my due date. Because I am too far along, no one even in the neighboring cities will take me. And I have been trying to find someone since I got the letter in the mail saying my care has been canceled. That and if you are a first time mom and you do get this horrid person as your Dr, make sure you know EVERYTHING about being pregnant because unless you ask and are extremely specific, he won't have a good answer for any of your questions. That, and might as well show up late to appointments because I would wait almost 45 min to 1hr before even seeing him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
