Dr. Zwick was dismissive of my mother's symptoms and concerns despite knowing she had been recently diagnosed with metastatic liver cancer. I do not know if we caught him in a bad day but it is still inexcusable to be rude to a patient just for asking questions and specially under these circumstances. The rest of the team is great and caring but not this particular doctor.

Dr. Zwick is very thorough, efficient, kind & caring. He explores every obstacle to solve/resolve ALL of your problems. I went to him for a second opinion, & I am going to stay with him. He is the BEST Gastroenterologist that anyone could ever ask for. His M.A. Cathy, is the BEST in Palm Bch Cty. She returned my call ASAP, is polite, sweet, kind, caring & efficient. She got me in sooner for my appt.

Dr. and professional staff doing the procedure were amazing! Also had a humorous side. Office staff could improve. Had to call several times for clarification and they were less than enthusiastic. Pretty typical unfortunately for clerical staff at physician offices. Not sure why that is the case. Anyway the “guts” of the place is excellent!
