Had an emergency prescription. 1. Dr patel too busy to write it 2. Assistant filled out wrong 3.sent to wrong pharmacy 4. Dr didn't sign. 5. Had to call each time to correct the errors. Nobody ever called back. The office staff is totally disorganized and Dr. Patel is arrogant and disinterested in patients.

My visit was not what I hoped it would be. I met with the PA in Boca Raton on 11/30 and shared that I was dealing with sinus issues , a persistent earache , 2 back injuries ( from a fall), and leg pain that was not relieved by a sclerotherapy procedure that I had . The P.A only checked my ears and went on and on about my weight and concluded that almost all of my issues were a result of my weight . I was even charged for and given “ obesity counseling “ yet no prescriptions or any valid medical feedback for any of the issues I came in the office for . I would not recommend this place to an enemy . For context , I’m 5’4, I exercise 1-2 x’s daily, and my measurements are 36-36-43 ..I’m a former body builder ( that currently on injury reserve from the back injuries ) This place is a JOKE !!! I asked the secretary if I could see my assigned doctor next time , which is Dr. Patel., and she told me that he was not accepting new patients. I explained to her that this tac

I explained to her that this tactic is called switch & bait as I was there to see Dr.Patel but I was being made to see someone else who wasn’t a doctor or APN merely a recent graduate from PA school with a serious God complex and a disdain for African American patients . I’m a psychiatric therapist and I could never imagine treating my patients with such callousness , lack of regard and rudeness.
