List of Arnold Lentnek's Reviews
Very Informative , great communication and explanations. Very knowledgeable
I wish I could give 0 stars. I went to him in need of help with a rheumatoid arthritis auto immune disease that attacked my jaw bone and deformed the mandible in one day. I showed him the x rays to proved it, and he laughed, looked at me like I had 3 heads, and said I have fibromialgia! The he charged me for 2 visits. What a waste of time and money! His bedside manner was rude, and humiliating! I was in pain, and this is how he reacts? Don't waste your time!
Did not address the infection I have. Prescribed medication to alleviate my symptoms. He put my health at risk. Second opinion showed I gave a obstruction from a kidney stone. Need to go for a stent and then a Lithotripsy.
He washed his hands, organized and punctual. However his treatment didn't work for me so I saw another doctor and I had scabies and my rash went away with simple permethrin cream, and my itching is gone. How come an infectious disease doctor, such as yourself with so much experience and knowledge couldn't diagnose me properly just baffles my mind. Then again a lot of other doctors didn't know what I had either and now I am being treated correctly by another doctor, who actually HELPED me.

Sir you were not the butterfly.
I was given Dr. Lentnek through a telemed appointment. As soon as we connected on the phone, he told me to wait while he finished up another case. When he came back, he was yelling into the phone "hello, hello, where are you?" Then he asked me what my complaint was- poison ivy. I explained that I have had it many times over my 60 years. He asked me where it was- arms, and just spread to my face and left eye and ear. He went into a lengthy lecture about it in my eye, and told me I needed to go straight to the ER. I said no. I have had it in my eye plenty of times, and prednisone clears it up within days. He then asked me what medication I wanted and what dosage! Let's see, who is the dr here. When I told him he could access my records from last visit, he refused, claiming I was the dr and he the clerk. Of course I couldn't tell him the dosage, and so it is wrong, and I will now have to call telemed back tomorrow to speak with someone else. Never, ever in my life have I had an experience like this with a dr. Good thing the conversation was recorded and I left a review in the follow up survey. Not sure why he is practicing. Telemed needs to get rid of him.
Terrible. Via Telehealth at the direction of my primary care doctor and he was downright rude, and asked me why I wasted his time. Also told me not to play doctor when trying to describe my symptoms. Declined to even send a patient summary ??
This “doctor” barely listened to my attempts to describe my symptoms and was extremely dismissive of my concerns. I wish I had reviewed this site before agreeing to be connected to him for a virtual appointment.
He was rude and condescending. Told me they were 800 antibiotics out there which one would I like? That is after he refused to give me an antibiotic for a severe sinus infection woke up the next day with clogged ears and had to call him back again only to get charged for another visit. Reached a different doctor at one point and he said I definitely an absolutely need an antibiotic. The pharmacist agreed and also question why he put me on a steroid when I did not have problems breathing. He kept getting disconnected with me on Amwell.
Had him on a virtual visit. He was quick and responsive. Would definitely recommend and choose again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
