Quick to schedule surgery when not necessary. Billing department errors requesting payment beyond scope of Medicare guidelines. Sends unresolved, improper bill to collection agency out of state. Unprofessional

As a medical professional , RN for over 30 years do not go to this surgeon. He performed a 2 stage laminectomy on my husband that caused multiple complications. Anemia , Pulmonary embolism ,and he was still in pain We found another excellent neurosurgeon who helped us. Please don’t go to this doctor. Do your research Be safe and find someone else

Do not trust this doctor and staff, behind the scenes they do not care none of their nurses really care that you were there just in and out. To get seen was 2 hours in his waiting room I look outside of the office walk around here he comes pulling into his parking spot at 10:00 a.m. in the morning and my appointment was at 8:45

Stop saying this doctor now he is overcharging every single one of his patients, I have caught them in their practice and now taking this to the Head Medical department for rulings I see many of you are starting to complain about the doctor overcharging all the patients without them knowing stop him right now everybody join in read your bills closely he is robbing you.

All locations were awful, disorganized and solely focused on ordering MRI’s to bill as much as they can instead of dividing in self care. I saw DR Sahai for all of two minutes, he ordered new X-rays and an MRI without looking at the XRAys I came with from the ER. 5 weeks later still no appointments, cancellations and no plan for care as he continues to say he will see me only after MRI. All in his practice work this way. I’ve found another doctor and it’s been amazing! Don’t go to these doctors!

Dr. Sahai performed a lower spinal fusion on my back two weeks ago and I feel great! I suffered for ten years with lower back pain and didn’t know why. I had an MRI and an X-ray that was quickly diagnosed by Dr. Sahai and he went to work and fixed my problem. He was very kind and attentive and answered all of my concerns/ questions. I truly believe that God placed me in the hands of the most absolute qualified doctor. In the middle of March, I fell sprinting in the gym which resulted in two of my discs in my neck protruding into my spinal cord. My girlfriend in the office was seeing Dr. Chenard and had recommended that I go see him, as I was being advised to see an orthopedic doctor. Well, as God would’ve had it, the day of my appt Dr Chenard was called into surgery. I was experiencing debilitating pain down my left arm and couldn’t bare to not be seen. They were able to get me in with Dr Sahai. Come to find out, I would’ve been referred to Sahai by Chenard because Chenard does not do neck/spine injuries. After I got my MRI, I went to follow up with Sahai. I did not hear what I expected. I expected to hear it was a pinched nerve.. not something so severe that I would end up needing surgery. We tried a neck epidural injection. Unfortunately, the injection did absolutely nothing to better my situation. That is when I learned I was going to need surgery. Fast forward to coming up on 11 weeks post surgery…I couldn’t be more grateful for not only having the surgery but having Dr Sahai as my surgeon. I was so scared, so afraid, so nervous… but I will never doubt in my mind that the surgery was absolutely necessary and thankfully took away the debilitating pain I was having. I will always recommend Dr Sahai and I will always back his decisions. He has never steered me wrong - and ask, he has excellent bedside manner!!! Thank you Dr Sahai and associates of SOC. You all helped save and restore my life.

Do not pay upfront for an MRI! Stay on top of them to make sure that they actually send the proper paperwork in to your insurance company in a timely matter or you will end up paying upfront yourself or have to cancel the appointment. I paid upfront on Monday, March 17th 2021 since they did not send the necessary paperwork for insurance coverage. It is now December 9th, 2021 and I still have ...

Dr. Sahai is the most competent and most compassionate orthopedic surgeon I have ever been to, and I have been to many - in NY, CA, NH and FL. He is up to date on the newest developments in spinal surgeries and after two surgeries for different issues, I recommend him most highly.
