Banyan Treatment Centers - Boca Raton's Online Review Report Card

I was so unsure if I needed help with my depression. My daughter begged me to go, I realized I needed the help life was looking pretty dark. I had never been to a facility before so I had no idea what to expect. At first I decided I was going to introduce to myself who was there. I thought to myself, everyone is here for a reason get to know them. It was the best thing I did. I made so many friends. The sessions were so helpful, the councilors were so nice. It was the best thing I ever did for myself. I actually miss the friends I made there, you’re able to be so honest with these people and them with you.

Do not send your loved ones if you love them to the facility in palm beach, Florida. They lie to you. This place is for prisoners that are court ordered. I went there willingly to find out this is the worse place I have ever seen. They take away all your clothes and beauty supplies. I wouldn't even put my dog in this place. This place should be shut down. My family and I are in the process of getting this place shut down. Not humane. Take this review serious.

Don't fall for their hype on line. Nothing like it was advertised to be. Rude staff, not caring, horrible place.

At first I was skeptical to try treatment for myself when I gave it a try it really worked for me when I opened my mind up to allow it to change me and who I was I was amazed at the results. If you accept it and you work it it'll work for you.The people I met and the friends I made will be lifelong friends. The Staff and their persistence of of taking care of the clients really meant a lot because it shows that they really cared. Now that I've been 90 days out of there I couldn't be more grateful I wish I had done it a long time ago but everybody's journey is different but take advantage of the process and you'll see the results! I never thought I would have a therapist and now I'll never live without one!Thank you to the very new family for making me feel like family. Giovanni Cudia

Many treatment centers advertise mental health and substance abuse treatment, but this facility is truly strong in both. The staff is knowledgeable, caring and professional. They gave me my daughter back! I can't say enough positives for this facility and the one at Pompano Beach!

This facility really made an extremely difficult time bearable. The staff displayed nothing but professionalism, courtesy and empathy. I want to express my gratitude and give thanks for the help I received. 🙏🏼

Banyan is a magnificent place to get your life back on track. The program really helped me find solutions in my life. The staff was amazing and the food was great. I recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with mental illness or addiction. It's never to late!

They pulled a bait and switch on a vulnerable sick man. They promised him no out of pocket charge, he drove 6 hours to get there looking for help. They refused to admit him without 6k dollars. Once they found out he didnt have it not a single call from the facility. Now he is suffering a mental break due to the incompetent scam that is this facility.

Wonderful staff. Amazing chefs who went out of their way to make sure my meals were vegan and tasty. The techs were incredibly helpful and accommodating. My room was clean and as comfortable as expected. That being said, I feel like I was misled and rushed by the recruiter. Many groups were heavily focused on addiction and didn’t apply to me. My counselor was subpar and quick to diagnose. I thought the program looked excellent for substance abuse issues but I would hesitate to recommend it to anyone seeking help with depression/anxiety without addiction except as a last resort.
